| Message | glad to hear about your new-hire and addressing the issue of customer service.  I'm gonna bet that's a step in the right direction, especially if you're sincere.  You appear to work very hard at what you do, and you have the ability to make a lot of "Z" folks happy with your innovations.  As good as you are, please don't wreck it with poor customer service.
